Sciento is a cloud infrastructure and IT support company serving life sciences – we  optimise pathology and computational biology using cloud infrastructure.

Our QDPconnect product is a self-serve, high-performance platform for scientists to run analysis tools and scripts faster e.g. Visiopharm/HALO image analysis in your own AWS account.

Our Sciento Gateway helps to manage the workflow and output of the lab, e.g. infrastructure to support the high-resolution digitial image output from scanners and instruments. Our gateway automatically uploads the images to the organisation's secure cloud storage. This can include workflow where images are shared between organisations.

We provide cloud support to all our clients including critical 24/7 infrastructure, delivering automation, integration and advice to maximise cloud performance and minimise cloud costs.

Our clients analyse high volumes of whole slide images and we support their increasing complexity (file size, analysis workloads) and use of AI. We consistently save our clients money by advising and optimising cloud processing and storage.
