OmicsBank.com is a next-generation bioinformatics company offering unmatched access to multi-omic, clinical, and structured EHR data, and Biobank specifically sourced from Asia and the Middle East—key for accelerating innovations in drug discovery, precision medicine, and clinical trials. Our platform provides significantly larger commercial access to anonymized data than what's available via US/EU public resources—at around 20 × the scale, with ~50% cost savings, and 100% regulatory-ready datasets.

OmicsBank supports a vast, growing repository of regulatory-grade, real-world data (RWD), spanning over 5 million patients’ longitudinal multi-omics data, imaging, and biobank resources across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Our Platform

OmicsBank.com offers a cloud-native ecosystem designed to streamline every stage of multi-omics research:

• Phenomics: Structured EHR (OMOP CDM), clinical outcomes, imaging (DICOM, etc), pathology reports (PDF, XML, JSON), digitized slides (IHC and H&E).

• Genomics: Whole genome, exome, and targeted sequencing data. (FASTQ, VCF, BAM)

• Transcriptomics: RNA-seq and the ability to perform single-cell and spatial expression. (FASTQ)

• Proteomics: Mass spectrometry, protein expression, and interaction data.

• Metabolomics: Small-molecule and metabolic pathway profiling.

All data is harmonized, securely stored, and optimized for integration across studies, platforms, and collaborators. Fully compliant with HIPAA, GDPR, and global regulatory standards; data formatted to ICD‑10, HL7, SNOMED, and FHIR.
