Originally developed with support from a leading US based Foundation, LakeSAI was recently selected by the University of Oxford and UCL’s VaxHub program to support the development of next-generation vaccines.

LakeSAI – AI Research Agent for Biomedical Discovery

LakeSAI is a membership-based AI research assistant built for life science researchers working in translational medicine, vaccine development, and drug discovery. It supports the entire research workflow from hypothesis generation to candidate selection by combining biomedical knowledge graphs, curated scientific literature, and user-provided datasets.

Researchers interact with LakeSAI through natural language or structured prompts, making it accessible to both computational and experimental scientists.
