Xavier Lagardère is Lufthansa Group’s Vice President in charge of Data and Innovation, leading the overall group accelerated leverage of AI to increase operational performance and customer satisfaction. He is also the Managing Director of Lufthansa Innovation Hub, the airline group’s future lab based in Berlin and Singapore. Prior positions include leading change in the airline group´s retail channels and commercial partnerships as the head of its distribution function and leading airline programs at Amadeus. A French national, Xavier holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSc in Computer Science from the UPC in Barcelona.
