With more than five thousand hours under his belt as a pilot flying Airbus and Boeing aircraft, combined with over twenty years developing software, Sveinn is considered a thought-leader in aviation and a sought-after speaker. He has worked for numerous airlines such as Ryanair, Astraeus, and WOW Air where he became CIO of WOW Labs, with some 70 people working on innovative new ideas within the airline. After WOW Air ceased operations, Sveinn founded AviLabs in 2019 and launched Plan3 - the leading passenger disruption management tool for airlines. Currently, Plan3 has partnered with 12 airlines across every tier and region.
