Her work focuses on helping airlines streamline their core business processes and unlock new growth opportunities. A key part of her role is empowering the people who make it all happen. She works with airlines to enhance the employee experience by modernizing crew and ground staff tools. This allows employees to be more productive and engaged, whether it’s providing a better self-service experience for flight attendants or equipping crews with real-time data to resolve issues faster. By focusing on these three core areas—operations, customer, and employee experience—Niki helps airlines become more agile, efficient, and profitable digital enterprises. Outside of work, Niki enjoys exploring new cities, and learning about the history and people that make them special. In her free time she loves cooking, yoga, and hiking.
