 Nick Zellich currently leads Workforce Innovation for Delta Air Lines. Nick and his team are focused on delivering best-in-class technology solutions to support Delta’s 35,000+ Airport Customer Service team members. Nick is a life-long aviation nerd, growing up telling folks he wanted to be a CEO of an airline. Nick began his Delta career in 2014 and has a diverse background spanning corporate and operational roles. He has developed an exceptional track record for leading challenging projects and driving strategic value. Prior to joining Delta, Nick spent three years at PwC supporting business process improvement. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Nick is based in Atlanta and enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures and places, Disney parks, and spending time with his partner.
