Lauren Bertschy Mann is deeply passionate about the airline industry. She leads Deloitte’s Human Capital practice for Aviation, where she guides and advises clients on end-to-end employee issues, from HR processes, talent, culture and change, workforce management, and employee experience. In her experience working as an airline employee, Lauren led integration activities internally for an airline merger, addressing technology program, policy harmonization, and organizational change. At Deloitte, Lauren has led work with the largest global airlines across back office and operational issues, such as COVID recovery, cost optimization, HR process improvement, and driving process and culture change at airports. She has authored several papers on AI in aviation, and the Future of Airlines. Lauren has an undergraduate degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. In her spare time, she’s a private pilot, beekeeper, and avid reader.
