Kevin Ma is a leader in Aviation Workforce Management.   He focuses on Frontline Workforce in Heart of Business operation to increase business agility, operational efficiency and elevate employee experience.   He has more than 20 years of experience in leading global enterprise WFM programs; creating efficient enterprise solution design to solve complex business challenges and providing cross-industry WFM insights.
 
As an aviation enthusiast, Kevin has served all major US airlines in various capacities to streamline WFM processes, transform technology solutions, and improve employee experience to elevate customer experience, operational efficiency and improve regulatory/bargaining agreements compliance.   He created Deloitte’s Workforce Intelligence Next-Gen Solution for end-to-end workforce management process from shift bidding to payroll readiness leveraging leading COTS SaaS platforms for business agility, operational effectiveness and improving the bottom line.
 
Kevin holds a baccalaureate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering from University of Waterloo.  He’s based in Seattle and loves to travel, dine and watch association football around the world with family.
