Jinny Shin serves as the Director of Digital Catering and In-Flight Solutions at Delta Air Lines, where she leads digital strategy that empowers 30,000 flight attendants, Delta’s global food and beverage operations, and their respective support and supervisory staff. She has more than a decade of experience driving the digital modernization of Delta’s employee and customer-facing channels. Jinny has a proven track record of creating transformative solutions that elevate employee capabilities and drive exceptional customer experiences. Through strategic relationship building, cross-divisional collaboration, and a talent for simplifying complexity, Jinny unlocks measurable value across the organization—enhancing performance, accelerating innovation, and setting new standards for service excellence. Jinny has an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Scheller College of Business, and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of work, she loves exploring new countries and cuisines, continuous learning (languages and piano), and going on adventures with her husband and nine-year-old twin daughters.
