Greg is a senior leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, leveraging his multidisciplinary HR and operations background to advise aviation, hospitality, and other consumer clients on large-scale, global HR transformations. He has more than 15 years of proven success delivering innovation and excellence on key business and HR strategic initiatives. Prior to rejoining Deloitte in 2023, Greg spent over five years at United Airlines, most recently as Managing Director of Talent Acquisition, where he led enterprise-wide recruiting programs and technology transformations supporting thousands of employees across the airline’s operations. He also held leadership roles in Inflight Services and Employee Engagement, even overseeing the airline’s uniforms program for a time. Greg holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. from DePaul University. He is based in Chicago and enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and is an avid supporter of Chicago sports teams.
