She joined Mastercard 6 years ago to further strengthen its role in enabling seamless, secure, and innovative payment solutions for airlines.
Prior to Mastercard, Esperanza built a 16-year career at Amadeus, where she served as an Airline Account Manager. In this role, she partnered closely with global and regional carriers, helping them optimize distribution strategies and implement advanced IT solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the industry.
Following Amadeus, she spent two years at Worldpay, where she focused on delivering acquiring solutions and payment gateway services to airlines, supporting them in streamlining payment acceptance and improving the traveler payment experience.  With her deep knowledge of both the airline and payments ecosystems, Esperanza brings a unique perspective that bridges technology, commerce, and customer experience
