Diego Morales is the Senior Director of Digital at Copa Airlines, one of Latin America’s leading airlines and a member of the Star Alliance network. Copa connects 85 cities in 32 countries across the Americas and the Caribbean, consistently ranking among the best in the industry for operational performance, customer service, and financial results.   At Copa, Diego leads the airline’s digital strategy and platforms, while also overseeing its call center operations and ancillary revenue portfolio. Over nearly 15 years with the company, he has been a key driver of Copa’s digital transformation—building internal product, design, and data capabilities, including spearheading the development of Copa’s mobile app, and advancing merchandising and self-service solutions that enhance both customer experience and commercial performance.   Diego holds a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from Babson College, where he focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. He also serves on the Star Alliance IT Steering Committee, helping shape technology and digital standards across the global airline alliance.
