Previously, she supported sustainability at airports worldwide through Airports Council International and contributed to UN-led climate programs at ICAO. Alicja holds a PhD in airline performance management and combines expertise in policy, economics, and operations to advance aviation decarbonization. She is passionate about building efficient, future-ready air transport systems.
