Benjamin Park, Senior Advisor, Global Programs, CDC

Dr. Park has over 22 years’ experience working on improving international and domestic public health, including the areas of antimicrobial resistance, infection prevention and control, pandemic preparedness, epidemiology, and financing. He was most recently a Senior Specialist at the Global Fund in Geneva, where he helped to design and program the $5Bn COVID-19 recovery financing, including over $80M specifically for AMR. Prior to that, he established and developed CDC’s global infection control and AMR programs, reaching over 25 bilateral partnerships. He has authored or coauthored over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
