LabRat Consulting helps clinical trial sites say yes to studies with PBMC processing requirements by bringing PBMC processing directly to the site through our mobile laboratory platform, LabRats on Wheels.

For vaccine and immunology trials, sample timing and quality are critical. PBMCs often need to be processed within hours of collection, but many sites lack the equipment, staff, or infrastructure to do that reliably. Shipping samples to distant labs can introduce delays, variability, and risk.

LabRat solves that problem by bringing both the lab and the team directly to the study site. We perform on-site PBMC isolation during active trials, helping protect cell viability, improve consistency, and support high-quality immune response data.

We can also train site staff to build internal capability and support organizations looking to establish their own in-house PBMC processing labs.
