Day 2: Wednesday April 1, 2026 | 9:00am - 17:45pm  ( Registration time TBC )
Day 3:  Thursday April 2, 2026 | 9:00am - 16:00pm   (Registration time TBC)

  • Please ensure that your email address is unique and has not already been used to register.
  • Please ensure all fields with an * have been filled in (you will need to fill in both AM and PM workshop sessions, even if you are not attending either)
  • Try a different device or browser
  • If you are a speaker or sponsor, one of the World Vaccine Congress team members should already have registered you. Please contact them directly if there are any problems with your registration.

How do I gain access to the official events app?
The World Vaccine Congress Washington event app will be available for sponsors and exhibitors on 6 weeks before the event, and for all other attendees 5 weeks before the event. 
After downloading the  Terrapinn Events app, you can log in with the same email you used for registration. Follow the instructions on the app to register for an account.
After registering to the app, you will be able to:
  • View the attendee list
  • View all exhibitors
  • Make connections and network with other attendees by requesting meetings
  • Build your personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in

Can I request meetings with other attendees?
Yes, you can request meetings with other attendees on Terrapinn Events App when the event app is live prior to the event. You can only request meetings with all attendees if you have a Full App Access pass.

Is financial support or funding available?
No, we do not offer any financial support or funding to attend the event.

How do I get my CPD certificate?
You can earn up to 10 hours of CPD accreditation by attending this year's Congress. You will need to register the sessions you would like to attend priot to the event via the Terrapinn Events App.
After the event, all delegates will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain their CPD certificate.

Is there a dress code?
Our attendees typically dress in business attire at our events.
 
Can I bring my child?
Individuals under 18 will not be permitted entrance to the event. 
 
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not available. Please read our T&C's before purchasing your ticket(s) to the congress. You are able to transfer the ticket to a different name should you not be able to attend. Please contact charlotte.thom@terrapinn.com 
 
About ViE Awards 2026
After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the ViE Awards in 2026, with the intention of returning in 2027 with renewed energy and focus. We believe the time is right to pause and reflect on how best to deliver the kind of celebration of innovation, excellence and community that you rightly expect from this event. This pause will allow us to ensure the Awards remain meaningful, inclusive and reflective of the very highest standards in the vaccine industry. Please do still keep March 31 in your diary however as we still plan to have a Networking Drinks Reception Function after the plenary sessions end that day, with more details to follow. We remain deeply committed to recognising the outstanding work in the field, and we look forward to gathering once again to shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of organisations, teams and individuals in the vaccines space. We will keep you updated on our plans for 2027. In the meantime, thank you for your support of the ViE Awards and for your continuing contributions to the advancement of the industry.
