Neil Kennett is an NCTJ-qualified journalist and communications expert with 25 years’ experience in automotive. Before establishing Featurebank.co.uk in 2007, he worked for Blake Publishing, The National Crime Squad and The Retail Motor Industry Federation. Career highlights include writing for Autosport, investigating for Channel 4’s Dispatches, moderating for Reuters, and winning an Event Production Award for children’s charity The Flying Seagull Project. In 2019, he launched Carsofthefuture.co.uk to chart the development of, and encourage sensible debate about, all aspects of self-driving. In 2023, Carsofthefuture.co.uk launched The Self-Driving Industry Awards to celebrate excellence in automated mobility, in the UK and internationally.
