Her role encompasses CRM and loyalty , analytics , digital marketing , ecommerce and devising the future omni channel strategy and consumer experiences for the organisation . She has head marketing departments for the largest retailers in india for the last 20 years including Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, Shoppers Stop, Tata-Trent amongst others.
