Allan Florendo, Loyalty Manager, Openroad Auto Group

Allan recently joined as Loyalty Manager of OpenRoad Auto Group which is one of the biggest automotive retailers in British Columbia, Canada. His role is to oversee management of Club OpenRoad which is a unique loyalty program that allows members to earn points and use them to purchase a car. OpenRoad carries 18 brands which include Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porshe, Mini, among others. Prior to that, he was the loyalty and digital marketing manager for Save on Foods based out in Western Canada. Prior to moving to Canada, he has spent over 20 years in the Philippines where he occupied key positions in some of the top brands in the country including Cebu Pacific Airlines as Director for Marketing – Loyalty. He was also the Business Unit Head for Digital for the SM Cinema Group. Allan is a Certified Digital Marketer, has Masters in Applied Business Economics and an avid photographer.
