Thierry Mocquiaux is a senior expert having more than 27 years experiences with urban rail transit operation and maintenance. Through his works with Paris Metro and a number of urban rail projects in France (tramways of Clermont-Ferrand and Mulhouse) as well as in other countries (Alger, Montreal, Florence, Dubai, Stockholm, South Korea etc.), he has gained high capabilities in the areas of urban rail operation and maintenance management. In China, as Rail projects director, he managed the Technical Team based in Beijing for business development support, Technical assistance and preparation of operation. In Hong Kong, as VP Asia Pacific, he leaded the Business Development activities in Asia Pacific. In Paris, as Engineering Director, he managed technical experts designing the Safety, Operation and Maintenance technical framework of the Group, leading the development and deployment of O&M data analytics tools, providing Technical Assistance and auditing the subsidiaries worldwide. He is now based in Singapore leading new projects developement and implementation in the APAC region.
