Mongkon Chaiyongsin is the distinguished Managing Director of Glow Power Technology. Armed with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kasetsart University, Thailand, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA, his academic prowess is matched only by his extensive experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, spanning 14 years. 

Before returning to Thailand, Mongkon spent a decade honing his skills in the United States. His expertise extends beyond borders, as demonstrated by his role as the Assistant to the Managing Director at a prominent Transport company in Saraburi province, Thailand. Managing a fleet of approximately 300 trucks and trailers provided him with invaluable insights into Thailand's road infrastructure and regulatory landscape.

In 2015, Mongkon's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Glow Power Technology, a pioneering company in the Power Utility Industry. Under his visionary leadership, Glow Power Technology has become synonymous with excellence in providing products and services tailored to meet the needs of Power Utility Companies and multinational EPC companies. 

Mongkon's commitment to innovation and sustainability is evident in Glow Power Technology's involvement in groundbreaking underground projects in Bangkok. Collaborating with Channell's underground PIT solutions, Mongkon has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the construction process, minimizing completion times, and mitigating environmental impact.
