Dirk Slodzinski is Director of Mobility Consulting and Business Consulting at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH. He has been with the company since 2015 and has helped numerous railway and transport organizations world-wide to shape and improve their business. With his teams, Dirk is focusing on Operations, Maintenance, Organization and Strategy in the public transport sector. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn Group, the company is combining DB’s expertise as one of the leading transport companies with more than 50 years of project work abroad.

Dirk has been with Deutsche Bahn for more than 20 years. Before joining DB Engineering & Consulting, he was responsible for the strategy of DB Netz AG, Deutsche Bahn’s track infrastructure unit, was Director for passenger transport in the Benelux markets and lead major strategy projects for DB’s passenger sales unit. In the recent years, Dirk has also taught Transport Marketing classes at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden.
