andrew marsay, Transport Economist, 'ANDREW MARSAY TRANSPORT ECONOMIST'

Andrew Marsay is a transport economist with 35 years experience in transport infrastructure and economic development.  He advises on the various economic policy issues surrounding road, rail and ports developments, as well as advising on public transport developments within their varying national institutional frameworks.  After 25 years work in the UK Andrew returned to work in South Africa in 2004, eventually establishing his own transport economics practice in late 2010.
