As EU+ Multi-channel Lead, I am responsible for the Multi-channel strategy and tactical plan development for Europe and Canada. That includes:
Cross functional and cross country collaboration to identify where to play and how to win, including the resources need to deliver it.
Build and develop a collaborative network across the countries to develop content and execute delivery in multiple channels
Lead the coordination and execution of content and delivery of it in multiple channels in collaboration with the country network
Lead the assessment of situation development and insight generation to drive the strategic development.
