As ?Vice President Legal? and authorized representative (Prokurist) of the generic company STADA Arzneimittel AG, responsible for general legal affairs (including related compliance topics) of the headquarter of the STADA group of companies. Prior to this he worked as Head of the German Desk and the Russian Life Science Group of the international law firm Mannheimer Swartling in Russia. In this position, he was the main contact person for Western health care companies as well as German speaking companies doing business in Russia. Also, he was the Chairman of the North-Western Executive Committee of the Association of European Business in Russia and Counsel of trust of the Austrian Consulate General in St. Petersburg. Prior to this Dr. Dengler worked many years in the Corporate Legal Department of the headquarters of the innovative pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, as well as the international law firm Gaedertz which was later merged and renamed as Mayer Brown.
