I have 10 years of experience in the cross-border e-commerce space in a variety of functions, including operations, solutions, business development, and marketing. I got started in cross-border e-commerce by helping global customers connect with US brands through a small freight-forwarding company, and later worked on cross-border trade initiatives at eBay. I currently manage Rakuten's US-based Overseas Sales Strategy group to help brands in the US, UK, and EU use cross-border e-commerce to reach Japanese customers.
