Estuaire is a climate tech startup founded by ex-Airbus and MIT engineers headquartered in Paris. The mission stemmed from a simple observation: aviation contributes to 3.5% of global CO₂eq emissions when considering non-CO2 emissions such as contrails. Yet, many airlines, airports and lessors lack a clear roadmap to achieve the promised goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. Estuaire provides them an integrated platform where they can monitor and reduce all types of emissions. This includes not only greenhouse gases but other pollutants like contrails and NOx, as well as aspects of aircraft manufacturing and all the lifecycle impacts of aviation.
