Victoria is a transformation advocate with innovative, strategic, and tactical abilities across diverse service, product & technology layers. She has a unique ability to craft an enterprise strategy through deep and wide observation skills and communicate transformation opportunities & execution requirements from the C-Suite to development teams via design + engineering discipline. Her role at Kyndryl is to support American Airlines in their goals and objectives across IT and Business- from strategy to delivery, to net new metric-based run states. Prior to Kyndryl, Victoria worked at IBM under the strategy team in delivering organization & technology strategy for CIO teams in travel & transportation.  She was also served as an Innovation Specialist in IBM Research where she was responsible for research development in advanced analytics (Watson), complex systems and workforce management.  Early in her career, Victoria led CRM teams at Lowe’s Home Improvement and transformed the unit from $200M in revenue contribution to $1.4B in 4 years. She also led the strategy team in North America for Thales in chip technology for banking and retail. She earned her BA in Communications  from Kent State University with advanced courses in Project Management and Supply Chain at the University of South Carolina and MIT. A citizen of the United States, Victoria is in the process of moving to Dallas from South Carolina. She is also a budding writer with hopes of publishing a screenplay and teaches storytelling for technology professionals.
