Brittany Barrett, Assistant Director of Transportation, Emory University

Brittany Barrett has been the Assistant Director of Transportation at Emory University since 2016. Brittany is responsible for overseeing the operation of a 46 bus system that transports 2.5 million passengers per year in addition to managing a robust commute alternative program for the University and Healthcare system of nearly 50,000 employees across 8 locations. She has spent her entire 17-year career in transportation and has held positions in Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development and Operations including previously serving as the General Manager of the Cobb County Bus system which is the third-largest system in Georgia. Brittany serves as the Marketing Chair for the SEACT Chapter and is a member of the ACT Professional Development Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Brittany spends her free time working on house projects and trying to find the most delicious food available to eat in Atlanta.
