Niño D. Naldoza is the current Director of Institute of Knowledge Management at Philippine Normal University, and the Head of the School of Information and Knowledge Management – Manila and a fulltime Online Faculty Member under the College of Flexible Learning and ePNU.He has been part of some of the projects and activities of SEAMEO INNOTECH for Educational Practices and Massive Open Online Courses. He finished his Doctorate Degree in Educational Management at PUP-Sta Mesa Manila and currently taking second Master’s degree in Distance Education at University of the Philippines-Open University. He is also responsible for the knowledge management continual system of the university, linking and integrating processes on Intellectual Property, Data Management, Knowledge Assets and Architecture, holding and doing consultations by startup companies of their KM processes and design.
