Ashley is a creative teacher and agile leader with 10 years’ experience in the social impact space. Ashley is currently Program Manager, Social Innovation at CQUniversity where she works within a small team to embed social innovation principles, practice and philosophy across its curricular, extracurricular and community engagement activities. Based in Melbourne Australia, Ashley is responsible for designing and delivering social innovation activities and human centred design workshops across the national footprint. Ashley is responsible for managing The Big Idea competition, curating the Festival of Change, designing and delivering multiple three-day Social Innovation workshops and managing a team of student ‘Change Champions’ who are committed to cultivating a culture of social innovation. Ashley believes that the future will be defined by young people with purpose, pursuing positive social and environmental change and is committed to empowering and enabling the next generation of changemakers.
