Dr Michael Ermisch is a pharmacist by training who specialised in drug information. His doctoral thesis dealt with the regulation of nuclear receptors. Since 2013, he has been a specialist consultant in the Department of Drugs and Remedies of the GKV-Spitzenverband with various thematic responsibilities in the assessment and regulation of medicines and European affairs.
