Silas Lasak Hedeboe is a Ph.D student in the high-speed optical communications group at DTU Electro. He received his B.Sc degree in Physics and Nanotechology from DTU, Denmark in 2022. In 2024 he received the M.Sc degree in Photonics Engineering from DTU. He started his Ph.D with focus on high-capacity optical communications using spatial division multiplexing, and optimization of Erbium Doped Fibre Amplifiers in November 2024.
