Principal Submarine Cable Engineer at Vodafone focussed on the marine aspects of new global subsea cable systems. Rhys’ primary marine experience comes from background in Hydrographic Surveying, Cable Route Engineering and Subsea cable installation. Rhys is also the Maritime Sub Group chair of ESCA helping to manage the KIS ORCA data set and advocating on behalf of ESCA members across industry and governmental bodies.
