SubOptic 2025 is an event strictly reserved for trade professionals only.
Only registered attendees are allowed into the halls.
Each badge is valid for one person. Badges are non-transferable. You may be asked by the security personnel to present proof of identification before entering the halls.
If you are traveling from the airport, you can take a taxi or book a Uber car from the Airport.

The full four-day conference and exhibition pass costs USD2,745. This gives you access to all conference theatres, the exhibition floor and networking activities.

The dress code for the conference is business attire. Bermudas, shorts, sports sandals, slippers, flip-flops etc are not prohibited.
The dress code for all networking functions is smart casual except for Gala Soiree. The dress code for the Gala Soiree is cocktail attire.
