I am a trained lawyer (qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales) who is passionate about creating and working with businesses that truly add value to the world. I see tech as a great enabler and believe that businesses should be drivers towards creating a more sustainable future. Currently, I am CEO and General Counsel at Solarlink Energy Sdn Bhd, which has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Sarawak. We are one of Malaysia's only end-to-end Solar PV EPCCs with in-house expertise from design and engineering to supply, installation and O&M. Our team is passionate about saving the world by bringing solar power to the masses, starting with our home country of Malaysia. At the same time, I am the General Manager and Head of Legal at Linkbuild Sdn Bhd based in Malaysia. We are an M&E Engineering firm established in 1985 specialising in electrcial infrastructure and green energy solutions. As industry experts, we recognise that we have an important role in Malaysia's energy transition journey and in its path towards becoming a first world country. I was most recently Corporate Counsel at Curve, which is a high-growth fintech headquartered in London with operations across Europe and in the USA. We're on a mission to the Netflix of finance, helping you to re-bundle your finances into one card and one app. Whilst in private practice at Taylor Wessing in London, I specialised in corporate venture capital, advising tech start-ups through their lifecycle of growth from seed to exit. I am as passionate about business as I am in the law, with a firm grasp of the latter being essential to the success of the former.
