Rachel is a Partner in Skrine's Projects & Infrastructure and Energy practice groups. She advises on the development of projects in various industries, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, construction, energy (conventional and renewable) and energy transition sectors. Her portfolio focuses on the drafting and negotiation of key project documents, including power generation and purchase, concession, construction, operations and maintenance, and fuel supply contracts. In addition, she advises clients on structuring, tender processes, and regulatory matters relating to project implementation.
