Ir. Allex Ng is a professional engineer and corporate strategist who stands at the forefront of sustainability, finance and urban innovation. He leads sustainable smart city investments, building transformative cross-border partnerships that merge capital, technology and ESG principles, driving the development of climate-resilient and inclusive cities of tomorrow. Holding a Master of Engineering, MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, Allex is a Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM), a qualified ESG and green building professional, and holds dual certifications as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) from the Corporate Finance Institute. This unique blend of academic foundation, engineering expertise, financial acumen and strategic foresight enables him to deliver projects that generate lasting impact alongside sustainable profitability. In his role as Corporate Development Manager in the property development sector, Allex drives the strategic direction of smart city initiatives, aligning investment, innovation and ESG principles to deliver inclusive and climate-resilient urban transformation. Beyond the corporate sphere, he also serves as Strategic Communications Director of ESG Malaysia, where he amplifies the national ESG agenda by strengthening collaboration between industry, policymakers and civil society. A recognized regional voice, Allex has shared pivotal insights at Solar & Storage Live Malaysia 2025, Singapore’s MediaCorp Channel 8, ESG Malaysia Conference 2024 and Smart Cities Asia 2024, consistently influencing dialogue at the intersection of sustainability, investment, and urban transformation.
