Francis leads the PPA & Energy Offtake business at ib Vogt covering the APAC region, with a strong focus on markets including Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea. He is responsible for the full PPA lifecycle - from origination and commercial optimisation to contract negotiation, bankability, stakeholder management, and deal closure. His clients span a wide spectrum including the US technology firms, chemical, chemical, F&B and FMCG. Prior to joining ib Vogt, Francis was a core founding member of CLP's PPA team and also worked with Deloitte and Advisian. Originally from Hong Kong, he was educated in the UK and is now based in Singapore.
