Yolan is a seasoned Social Safeguards professional with over a decade of dedicated experience in driving inclusive and socially responsible infrastructure development within the energy sector. He has built extensive field expertise in eastern Indonesia, leading sensitive land acquisition and right-of-way clearances for high-risk infrastructure projects from indigenous communities through meaningful consultations. Currently serving as the Manager of Social Safeguard at PLN, he leads efforts to embed robust Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) across multiple energy projects. His core expertise encompasses land and permit acquisition, community involvement and development, Indigenous People engagement, and public relations.
