Joel CY Chang is Group CEO at Charged Asia; an electric motorcycle developer that manufactures, distributes direct to users and exports their own branded cloud connected fleets that are competitive, affordable, and practical compared to traditional combustion motorcycles. To accelerate mass adoption, the scale-up offers a range of flexible subscription plans for their vehicles. The scale-up delivers 5 models with up to 6 Kilowatt hour batteries capable of travelling up to 300Km on one full charge. Charged Motorcycles are also capable of ultra fast charging of 100kms range in 10mins.  Charged Asia was launched in 2023 in Greater Jakarta at a 16,000 sqm positive energy “Giga-Shed” powered entirely by solar and battery energy storage to house its experiential centre, research and development, as well as production operations.
