HOW TO ACCESS THE EVENT APP

CARA MENGAKSES APLIKASI ACARA

Please follow these steps to help you access the event app.

Note: It will take 45-60 minutes after registering to gain access.

Download and access on mobile

1. Search for Terrapinn Events in Apple App Store or Google Play and download.

2. Log in to the event app using the same email address that you used to register for the event. Be sure to log in as a participant.

3. If you have used Swapcard before please enter your password, if not, you can create one.

4. Find and click on EVCharge Live | Mobility Live | Solar & Storage Live Indonesia 2025 once logged in - you now have access to the event app! Use it to get your QR code for onsite badge collection, exhibitor listing and arrange meetings with onsite attendees before the event.

Using the app to get your onsite attendee badge

1. Once you have logged in, you will see a 'My Badge' item on the menu listing.

2. Tap on 'My Badge' to see your personal QR code

3. Scan the QR code at the hall entrance to generate your onsite attendee badge

Access via desktop

1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome then head to https://app.terrapinn.com/c/terrapinn-events and register using the same email address that you used to register for the event. Be sure to log in as a participant.

You will then receive an email:

Once you have the email, please click on SIGN IN TO SWAPCARD

Now create a password

2. If you have already completed all of the above steps but still cannot access the event, please logout and log back in again

3. If the event is still not appearing on the homepage, please clear your cache and cookies and repeat step 2.

4. If you still cannot access the event, please contact Therese at customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com . Please quote your full name, job title, company name and email address.

Note: All attendees HAVE to download the Event App OR access Swapcard via your web browser to get the QR code in the My Badge section on the landing page

Unduh dan akses di ponsel

1. Cari Terrapinn Events di Apple App Store atau Google Play lalu unduh.

2. Masuk ke aplikasi acara menggunakan alamat email yang Anda gunakan saat mendaftar. Pastikan Anda masuk sebagai peserta.

3. Jika Anda pernah menggunakan Swapcard sebelumnya, silakan masukkan kata sandi Anda. Jika belum, Anda dapat membuat kata sandi baru.

4. Setelah masuk, temukan dan klik EVCharge Live | Mobility Live | Solar & Storage Live Indonesia 2025 – sekarang Anda sudah memiliki akses ke aplikasi acara! Gunakan aplikasi ini untuk mendapatkan QR code untuk pengambilan badge di lokasi, melihat daftar exhibitor, serta mengatur pertemuan dengan peserta lain sebelum acara dimulai.

Menggunakan aplikasi untuk mendapatkan badge peserta di lokasi

1. Setelah masuk, Anda akan melihat menu ‘My Badge’.

2. Ketuk ‘My Badge’ untuk melihat QR code pribadi Anda.

3. Pindai QR code di pintu masuk hall untuk mencetak badge peserta Anda di lokasi.

Akses melalui desktop

1. Pastikan Anda menggunakan Google Chrome, lalu buka https://app.terrapinn.com/c/terrapinn-events dan lakukan registrasi dengan alamat email yang Anda gunakan untuk mendaftar acara. Pastikan Anda masuk sebagai peserta.

Anda akan menerima sebuah email:

Klik SIGN IN TO SWAPCARD pada email tersebut.

Buat kata sandi baru.

2. Jika Anda sudah menyelesaikan semua langkah di atas namun masih belum bisa mengakses acara, silakan logout kemudian login kembali.

3. Jika acara masih belum muncul di halaman utama, silakan hapus cache dan cookies pada browser Anda, lalu ulangi langkah 2.

4. Jika Anda tetap tidak dapat mengakses acara, silakan hubungi Ibu Therese di: customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com Mohon sertakan nama lengkap, jabatan, nama perusahaan, dan alamat email Anda.

Catatan: Semua peserta WAJIB mengunduh Event App ATAU mengakses Swapcard melalui browser web Anda untuk mendapatkan QR code pada bagian My Badge di halaman utama.
