Engineer Nabieh El-Shobary and his company's vision have shone nationally, earning the prestigious second place in the startup category within the National Initiative for Smart Green Projects, under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. He also honorably represented Egypt at the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Azerbaijan, where his impactful presentation, titled: "Reducing Environmental Pollution and Developing the Agricultural Sector Using Smart Green Nanotechnology," garnered widespread admiration and appreciation from international organizations, representatives of various countries, and ministries of agriculture and environment.

Notably, Engineer Nabieh El-Shobary's project also secured first place at the Cairo University level in the environmentally friendly development projects category, represented the university nationally, and was selected among the top 10 devel
opment projects in the "Youth for Development" initiative under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the Supreme Council of Universities.

Engineer Nabeh El-Shobary holds a Master's degree in Crop Production under Stressful Conditions from Cairo University, where his thesis addressed "The Effect of
 Locally Produced Nano-Fertilizers on Seed Germination, Seedling Vigor, and Stress Tolerance in Some Crops, such as Maize Hybrid Single Cross 10, Cotton Giza 86, and Soybean Giza 111." [نبيه أحمد الشوبري] مهندس زراعي بيئي مبتكر | الرئيس التنفيذي والمؤسس المشارك لشركة نانو جرين (تقنية ميكروبيا النانو الخضراء) يقود المهندس نبيه أحمد الشوبري، المهندس الزراعي البيئي المبتكر، ثورة في مجال الزراعة المستدامة من خلال دمج تكنولوجيا النانو الخضراء المتطورة. بخبرة واسعة، قاد بنجاح مشاريع حققت طفرات نوعية في إنتاجية المحاصيل مع خفض الأثر البيئي بشكل ملحوظ. يتمتع بسجل حافل في تقديم الدعم الفني المتخصص للمزارعين وشركات الأسمدة، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة للتسميد ومكافحة الآفات، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء مزارع ومناظر طبيعية مستدامة. مدفوعًا برؤية لمستقبل أكثر اخضرارًا، يسعى لتقديم حلول مبتكرة للزراعة المستدامة لمواجهة تحديات التغير المناخي العالمي. بصفته الرئيس التنفيذي والمؤسس المشارك لشركة نانو جرين، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحيوية وتقنية ميكروبيا النانو الخضراء، يقود المهندس نبيه الشوبري فريقًا من نخبة العلماء لإنتاج أسمدة ومبيدات حيوية مبتكرة بتقنية النانو جرين الثورية. وقد أثبتت حلول نانو جرين على أرض الواقع قدرتها على تحقيق زيادة مذهلة تصل إلى 30% في إنتاجية المحاصيل وخفض تكاليف الإنتاج بنسبة 50%، مع التزام راسخ بحماية كوكبنا وتوفير (غذاء نظيف أكثر أمانًا )  للمواطنين. وقد سطعت رؤية المهندس نبيه الشوبري وشركته على المستوى الوطني بحصولها على المركز الثاني المرموق في فئة الشركات الناشئة ضمن المبادرة الوطنية للمشروعات الخضراء الذكية، تحت رعاية فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي. كما مثل مصر بجدارة في مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة التاسع (COP29) والعشرين لتغير المناخ في أذربيجان          ، حيث قدم عرضه التقديمي المؤثر بعنوان: "تقليل التلوث البيئي وتنمية القطاع الزراعي باستخدام تقنية النانو الخضراء الذكية"، والذي حظي بإعجاب وتقدير واسع من المنظمات الدولية وممثلي الدول المختلفة ووزارات الزراعة والبيئة جدير بالذكر أن مشروع المهندس نبيه الشوبري قد حصد أيضًا المركز الأول على مستوى جامعة القاهرة في فئة مشاريع التنمية الصديقة للبيئة، ومثل الجامعة على المستوى الوطني، وتم اختياره ضمن أفضل 10 مشاريع تنموية في مبادرة "شباب من أجل التنمية" برعاية وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي والمجلس الأعلى للجامعات. يحمل المهندس نبيه الشوبري درجة الماجستير في إنتاج المحاصيل تحت الظروف القاسية من جامعة القاهرة ، حيث تناولت رسالته "تأثير الأسمدة النانوية المنتجة محليًا على إنبات البذور، وقوة الشتلات، وتحمل ظروف الإجهاد القاسية  في بعض المحاصيل، مثل الذرة الهجين فرد 10، والقطن جيزة 86، وفول الصويا جيزة 111".
