Marwa is a seasoned sustainability professional with over twenty years of experience in sustainability auditing, data analysis, strategic planning, and social responsibility auditing. She has a strong background in communication engineering and holds a high diploma in total quality management, a master's degree in environmental studies with a specialization in green technologies and is pursuing a PhD in sustainable water governance and management. Marwa Also is a Certified Carbon Management Leader (CCML™), a Certified Sustainable Development Manager (CSDM™), a Certified GRI Professional, a Certified Environmental and Social Risk Analysis (ESRA) Professional, an ISO 14064 Greenhouse gas lead verifier, a Certified Carbon Finance Consultant Expert. Marwa has successfully worked in various markets, including Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. She is the founder and CEO of EJADA consultancy, where she has been leading projects in data analysis, auditing, planning, social responsibility, and sustainability for over thirteen years. Marwa has also been instrumental in establishing the Sustain Egypt think-tank, a sustainable organization created in collaboration with the ENI CBC MED project. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Marwa is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives. She is a founding member and chair of the Egyptian Federation for Water and Wastewater, which consists of 25 NGOs working on water-related causes. She is also the founder and chair of the Future Protector’s Association, an NGO dedicated to community development in Egypt for over twenty years.
