Eng. Abdel Halim Youssef, CEO and Founder of “Terra Tech Environmental Solutions”, launched the first Industrial project in Egypt and Africa to manufacture composite reinforcement polymers bar and mesh (GFRP).
Under the leadership of Dr. Abdel Halim Youssef, Terra Tech embraces a new technological revolution in the composite materials industry, which is used in the construction, building, and infrastructure sectors.
The company's CEO has an ambitious plan to Expand knowledge about the use of modern composite building materials in the Middle East, where he leads a team of creative researchers to innovate new solutions and industries from composite reinforcing bar for useing in reinforcing concrete elements. CEO Eng. Abdel Halim Youssef is a pioneer in the technology of composite reinforcing bar manufacturing in the Middle East. Dr. Abdel Halim Youssef has participated in numerous international conferences specializing in creativity and innovation, particularly in the fields of green and sustainable construction. He holds a Master's degree in Planning and Development from the National Institute for Planning and Development (2023). He presented distinguished research on agricultural waste management and a introduce national project to convert solid waste into electrical energy. He also contributes significantly to the committees developing codes for fiber-reinforced polymers and participates in committees setting standard specifications for the composite reinforcing bar industry. Terra Tech is working to develop its products and add new composite materials to various energy sectors. He  won several awards at the regional, national, and international levels during 2024. Terra Tech is a member of the Building Materials Chamber (CBMI) of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, a member of the Export Council for Building Materials (ECBM), and a member of the Egyptian Industrial Modernization Center.(IMC)
