CTICC is committed to accessibility by offering wheelchair-accessible entrances, lifts, changing places, toilets, and induction loops for hearing support. They also provide mobility equipment hire, Blue Badge parking, and welcome assistance dogs to ensure an inclusive experience for all visitors.

We prioritise sustainability by working only with suppliers who can demonstrate sustainable practices. We also design features with sustainability in mind, like reusing pallets for theatres from show to show.
CTICC’s kitchen is Halaal certified, ISO 22000 accredited, and strives to be SASSI compliant. CTICC sources fresh produce locally where possible, aiming for suppliers within a 50km radius. All public catering is served in biodegradable or recyclable packaging. Food waste is kept to a minimum, with surplus food repurposed for staff or sent to farms for livestock feed.chargers are available across car parks on a first-come, first-served basis.
