Mel is the specialist behind EWIT’s programs and workshops designed to attract more women into construction through immersive experiences and practical career advice and guidance. EWIT are working to shift the dial and see 30% of trade roles filled by women by 2030. Through working with industry to change culture to one of diversity, inclusion and a place that all humans can see a career pathway.
