NexGen is a not-for-profit organisation on a mission to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of construction professionals.

We connect students with real opportunities in the industry, helping them see a future they may never have considered. Our programs break down outdated stereotypes and provide clear, accessible pathways into construction for all students.

Through school engagement, hands-on experiences, site tours and structured work placements, we shift perceptions, open minds, and create real-world connections between young people and the industry. We work in partnership with schools, government, and leading companies to create long-term impact, not just for students, but for the future of the industry itself.
