ELIoT Energy is a Melbourne-based cleantech startup dedicated to transforming energy efficiency and sustainability in the food and beverage industry. Our mission is to empower businesses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy costs through advanced IoT solutions and smart energy storage systems. Founded in 2024, ELIoT Energy quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach to addressing scope-3 emissions at the device level. Our plug-and-play battery solutions, designed for mobile cooling and heating devices such as vending machines and display fridges, can reduce energy costs and carbon emissions by up to 90%. **Key milestones:** - Selected as a finalist in the SIM-PAC conference startup category. - Participated in the PepsiCo Greenhouse APAC Accelerator program. - Won 1st place in the City of Melbourne Open Innovation Competition 2024. - Demonstrated a 41% reduction in carbon emissions and 38% savings in energy costs during a proof of concept at a Melbourne supermarket. - Developed a carbon calculator tool in collaboration with leading experts from Deakin University.
